Terms and Conditions

All prices on the website are stated in DKK and include VAT.
We reserve the right for typing errors, price changes, sold-out items, and force majeure.

When you order an item, the payment is charged immediately and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 4 business days in Denmark – 7 Days in EU. Delivery is made via GLS, and for DK placed in Parcel Shop near the address you provided when placing the order.

Delivery is carried out using the exact information you provide. It is the buyer’s responsibility that this information is correct — we do not recommend using abbreviations, slang, nicknames, or call signs in your order. GLS does not know that you are someone special.

If the package is returned due to failure to collect it, we charge
100 DKK before any re-delivery or refund of the product.

Re-delivery costs 50 DKK — collect the package the first time to save money and inconvenience.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must create a case via
claim.blackflaggroup.dk within 14 days from when the order was collected.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

Returns are at the buyer’s expense after the case has been created at claim.blackflaggroup.dk. The order tracking number must also be uploaded there together with the shipping method you selected. Once we have received the returned item and approved its condition, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days.

Specialized/customized products cannot be refunded.

Complaints / Warranty

You have a 24-month right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The complaint covers manufacturing and material defects, but not normal wear and tear or improper use.
